Worship Square, London shortlisted for the 2025 BCSA Structural Steel Design Awards Worship Square, London shortlisted for the 2025 BCSA Structural Steel Design Awards

We’re thrilled to have delivered the structural steelwork for Worship Square, London- now shortlisted for the 2025 BCSA Structural Steel Design Awards.

We supplied 925 tonnes of steel (2,095 erectable members), and 13,500m² of metal decking, along with plant access flooring, stairs, and handrails. Working on a tight city-centre site above active areas, we carefully planned logistics and sequencing to ensure safe, efficient construction.

The build was delivered in 12 coordinated phases, including precision-fabricated steel to accommodate complex façades and precast concrete panels. Innovative erection techniques allowed three levels to be completed at a time, decking and concreting each before moving up.

Worship Square is a standout example of BHC’s expertise, teamwork, and innovative approach to delivering high-quality, challenging steelwork projects.
