BHC were employed to carry out and complete the Design and Construction of a new Plastics Factory with integrated Office Space inclusive of all fit out, services, infrastructure, drainage, hard and soft landscaping works.
Similar to other Turnkey projects BHC were able to offer at an early stage, significant Value Engineering Savings utilising out in-house skill sets.
The works involved in this project involved the supply and installation of 510 Nr pre-cast concrete driven piles followed by the installation of BHC’s Valued Engineered Steel Frame, all of which was fabricated in BHC’s own factory controlled environment before being delivered to site.
Thereafter, external roof and wall cladding works commenced upon completion of which, the 5,000m2 fibre reinforced concrete floor was poured. Internal Office space was created in order to accommodate the future workforce and create a space to monitor and control the factory environment.
