BHC have been contracted to carry out a full turkey package consisting of: foundations, floor slabs, steel frame, cladding, external doors, roller shutters, mechanical & electrical and internal fit-out works.
Department and drawing office which provided the client with an improved frame design and associated overall reduction in costs.
The works involved the erection of a BHC value engineered steel frame, with composite roof and wall cladding panels in combination with low level brickwork, including feature LED strips to the perimeter of the building.
An internal mezzanine area comprising of in-situ concrete floors to form future office space has also been constructed, with the internal office fit-out completed.
A significant extension to the originally proposed yard area had also been instructed to accommodate the client’s change in requirements. BHC delivered these changes within the original construction programme.
