BHC Ltd delivered a comprehensive package of structural steelwork, metal decking and concrete upper floor slabs on behalf of McLaughlin & Harvey for the King’s Building Nucleus project for the University of Edinburgh.
The package consisted of fabricating and erecting 922 tonnes of structural steelwork and 8,085m2 of metal decking which was topped with 1,788m3 of concrete.
The nucleus is located in the heart of the campus and will enhance the learning and teaching facilities for use by the universities undergraduate student cohort.
