BHC are thrilled to announce our involvement in 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.

Following on from BHC’s previous success on Phase 1 of Bothwell Exchange, we are delighted to announce our appointment as the Structural Steelwork Contractor for Phase 2 of the development.

177 Bothwell Street is a Grade A Office development within the heart of Glasgow’s Financial District for which BHC will be fabricating, supplying and erecting almost 4,000 tonnes of steelwork and installing over 30,000 mof metal decking.

In addition, BHC will also be laying the concrete upper floor slabs covering 30,908 mwith 4,636 mof concrete reinforced with 557 tonnes of reinforcement.

When complete, the office block will become Scotland’s first development accredited with a Platinum WiredScore Certificate. Additionally, the development boasts Scotland’s first office rooftop running track, and an extensive external roof terrace with panoramic views across the city and multiple charging points for electrical vehicles.

Approximately 40% of the building has already been successfully pre-let to Clydesdale Bank.
