This project showcases our commitment to structural integrity, modern design, and comfort. Using Insulated Concrete Formwork and Air Source Heat Pumps this structure is built for energy efficiency and long-term durability.
Our teams put a focus on creating an internal layout that functions an inviting and friendly space for a variety of purposes and ages.

Our sustainable start to 2026 continues with a trial HGV, fuelled entirely by RNG (Renewable Compressed Natural Gas). Powered by RNG, the IVECO Eurocargo offers up to 90% CO₂ emissions reduction and reduced air pollutants compared to diesel, and we’re trialling one on-site to explore its potential for quieter, more sustainable urban operation
Recently, we handed over a new 140ft purpose-built grain store for a returning client in Cupar.
Built with 4m-high pre-cast concrete panels, a painted fibre-cement roof and durable plastisol box-profile cladding, the store was designed exactly around our client’s needs!

We have just completed a 22,500sqft extension to a local storage and distribution facility for haulage firm Reive & Grossart Limited, based in Abington.
BHC have been lucky to have been involved in the construction of all buildings on site dating back to the refurbishment of the original garage building just over 10 years ago. We hope this significant increase in storage capacity will allow for continued growth in the coming years and thank Reive and Grossart for trusting BHC again to deliver this project for them.
