BHC would like to thank those who expressed an interest and attended our annual Apprentice Open Day yesterday.
We received an outstanding number of enquiries for this year’s apprenticeship with almost 40 individuals attending the event.
The British Constructional Steelwork Association’s CRAFT Apprenticeship is a modular based training programme that is completed within the workplace. The training programme is delivered by BHC’s own nominated BCSA Validators who will mentor and guide each individual as they progress throughout the 4-year programme, enabling them to develop the skills and knowledge to fabricate large and complex components accurately, efficiently and safely.
For the past six years Routes to Work South have supported BHC with funding for Health & Safety Training including CSCS Testing and Card as well as salary funding.
BHC look forward to seeing the new group of first-year apprentices begin their careers within the company, where they will begin to develop skills for life.
