Arran Distillery, Ground Breaking

Arran Distillery Ground BreakingBHC Ltd. are delighted to announce that they are the principal contractors on the new £10 million Arran Distillery development in Lagg, Arran.

The official Ground Breaking ceremony took place on 15th February 2017 and was attended by BHC owner Brian Hewitt, Richard Neilson of Quantum Solutions, James MacTaggart and Euan Mitchell from the Isle of Arran Distillery and Chris Benn from Denham Benn.

BHC took over the site on the 6th February 2017 with the first phase of work getting well underway. The 26-week contract will see the road infrastructure put in place and the construction of the first three bonded warehouses. Each warehouse is approximately 1,000 m2. The warehouses are being built on the lowest part of the site, overlooking Cleat’s Shore.

Glasgow Airport Pick-up and Drop-off

Glasgow Airport Pick-up Drop-off Car Park - BHC Structural Steelwork ContractorBHC Ltd. continue to make good progress on the erection of the structural steel for the new, dedicated pick-up and drop-off car parking facility located at Glasgow International Airport.

BHC were awarded the structural steel contract from principal contractor Morgan Sindall.

For this project, BHC will erect approximately 334 tonnes of structural steel over a 12-week period. It is estimated that the new parking facility will be fully complete and open to the public by the end of April 2017.
